The clinic is a service to students who are ill. Except in emergencies, the students will not be admitted to the clinic without a pass. The clinic pass must be completed before the students are referred. Students who receive medication during the school day must bring the medication in the original container, with the original pharmacy label. An “Authorization for Medication” form, available in the office, must accompany the medication. STUDENTS MAY NOT HAVE MEDICATION IN THE CLASSROOM. It is to be kept in and given from the clinic only.
