Device Procedures

Each student is issued an OCPS device after enrollment.

  • Kindergarten and 1st receive an iPad in an Otterbox with a charger
  • Grades 2-5 receive a laptop and charger
  • Kindergarten through second grade will keep their device in the classroom per OCPS Guidelines

Parents are encouraged to read the Family Technology Handbook for information regarding devices and fines.

If a device requires repair or support a ticket needs to be submitted to our technology coordinator by visiting the following website: http://studenttechrequest.ocps.net

Fines are assessed using the Device Fine Assessment Form. All device fines can be paid on School Pay.
